CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please understand that we are NOT in charge of shipment but rather the postal service such as Canada Post. However, please email us as soon as possible at Cherryglowbrand@gmail.com with your order number, tracking number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

SHIPPING POLICY
Processing:
The processing time in which an order is placed by the customer and is being fulfilled in our shop

Shipping:
When orders are fulfilled by us and sent out with shipping carrier service.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. If you have not received an email regarding shipping please email us at cherryglowbrand@gmail.com.

Please include ALL necessary information regarding shipment such as a full address, any unit numbers, etc. Potential delays could be due to the postal service in charge of shipment. These are out of our control

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are ship through Canada Post.

Please note that if we are experiencing a high volume of orders such as during sales, processing could take more business days ( at most 7 business days) . All orders are freshly made and packaged with care. We appreciate your understanding.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the following countries: the United States of America.
Processing time for US orders is 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cherryglowbrand@gmail.com with your name, tracking number and order number , and we will look into it for you.
